    Our cycle classes are a full body workout that is to the beat of the music and built by your instructor to be different every class. Our classes will encourage you to feel strong, motivated, and challenged. We are here to guide and encourage you to push beyond limits you never thought possible.

  • STRENGTH

    Our strength classes are built to encourage and challenge you to push beyond your expected abilities. Our classes are formatted to approach strength training in a group format with a personal training style approach. Our coaches will provide you with form corrections and proper tools to increase your weight, and MAXX out your lifts.

  • ON DEMAND

    Just because you do not live in Cincinnati, Ohio does not mean you cannot experience NYXX. We currently offer our cycle class online and will be incorporating our strength formats in the future!
