Our cycle classes are a full body workout that is to the beat of the music and built by your instructor to be different every class. Our classes will encourage you to feel strong, motivated, and challenged. We are here to guide and encourage you to push beyond limits you never thought possible.
CYCLE 45
Our 45-minute class is a combines various speeds, levels of resistance, and pieces of choreography for a head-to-toe spin. Each instructor builds their class to encourage you to feel strong, capable, and challenged.
CYCLE 60
This is our standard cycle class, but 15 minutes extra to sweat. This is where true growth happens. NYXX the excuse and clip in.
CYCLE 30
Our 30-minute class is still full body and packs a punch. It allows you to get in, get straight to work, and get on with your busiest days.
STRENGTH
STRENGTH
Small group strength training programmed for individual progressive overload in each of the primary movement patterns (push, pull, squat, hinge and lunge) designed to help you MAXX out your capabilities, efforts, and confidence.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our traditional strength class with an additional focus on power, endurance, and athletic conditioning.
TEMPO
Rhythm Based Strength training that focuses on slow and controlled movements paired with repetition to increase endurance and overall strength abilities.
